I have enjoyed the product, for lack of better word,it did reduce my sensitivity; particularly, my molarswhich I was clenching on when I am stressed.P.S.You gotta brush your teeth, then leave the paste within your oral cavity for a couple of minutes prior to rinsing your mouth.
