These are plenty sturdy for initial baking. I put gooey peach crisp in them and 2 days later they were floppy but that’s more than I would have expected of them. I am excited to use them again soon

I use the prodiet chocolate protein cakes. Their a one serving size. It's great to be able to mix it in these cups, microwave it, eat it, then throw it away. Perfect!!

Very sturdy. I use for giant cookies, but would work great for quiches as well. Easy release of cookie from cup.

Only reason I gave It a 4 star is because there were only 40 in the pack and not 50.
