LOVE this set. Comparably priced to what you could get a set of bamboo utensils for at your local big box store, but this one is better quality and has a much more attractive storage container. As for those 1 star negative reviews...get over it. It's wooden kitchen tools! If there's a little splinter here or there, sand it off. If the "hanger hole" didn't get punched out, punch it out! It's not like you paid $30 or 40. It's $13!!! Show them a little love....hand wash and wipe down with a light coat of oil ever two or three uses. Would definitely recommend. Purchased for a second residence and so far are absolutely what I wanted. I use them for my non-stick cookware that metal utensils would damage. Would recommend.

When I was growing up, kids wanted the wooden spoons to break if they got into trouble. I never want these treasures to break! I read a lot of reviews on different spoons. I was trying to get a specific one. I wanted a light weight long handled wooden spatchula which slants on the bottom. This box set had one. I wanted it mainly for stirring my almond roca. I was warned from other reviews about splinters and them not being coated. As I researched different spoons, I found out, they get "seasoned" by use or I could use coconut oil so they are not dry. I used one of the spoons today and loved how light weight and easy it was to use on my nonstick pan. I love how they come with therir own case. When we were living in Hawaii, these types of spoons were so easy and cheap to find. 12 years later, they are a lot harder to find. I will love theses as much as the old ones, I gave to friends. The company was very friendly and I received emailes from them asking if they could do something better. I loved how personalized it felt. These spoons/spatulas can be used for so many things!!!!

I am enjoying the individuals pieces. They are very nice to look at. I would have rated them with five stars if the edges were (spatula) honed a bit more to make it easier to turn items over.

Fantastic product. This set makes cooking so much easier and the utensils have their own place in the holder. Is a very nice addition to put on my counter top for cooking. I would definitely recommend this set for anyone that loves cooking. From beginners to advanced this set is a must have.
