The printed graphics (which is basically the only thing you'd purchase these mugs for) are not high definition on both mugs, making them seem very cheap.They came in generic small boxes, nothing like the nice one in the product images.Moreover, the mugs are otherwise the most generic white mugs you can imagine, so I'd never pay for than AED 5 or 7 for each.Since you're likely planning gifting these to your parents, I wouldn't recommend this mug set as they would seem cheap, especially when you see many higher quality ones with crisp graphics out there in the market.

The box was very diff from the photos, print on the mug was very light, looks old stock☹

I love my coffee cup. The screw on lid takes some getting used to though. I'm used to the snap on lids.

Great mugs! They need to be shipped in a box though, the first order came cracked because they shipped them in a bag so I had to return them, very inconvenient!

I ordered this item twice and both times the mugs were defective. The finishes were bumpy and uneven. Returned both orders and didn’t want to try a third time. Very disappointing.
