It only requires 1 scoop but there are 18 servings and the scoop is pretty big. So it is pricey. However, there are only 5 ingredients and NO artificial sweeteners - no Stevia - no Erythritol - so no after taste! I use Oat Milk and add 4-5 frozen strawberries which naturally sweetens it and the Oat Milk makes it thicker - like a strawberry shake! I can't comment on the effects because I have only had 2 servings. Will consider subscribing.

This is my favorite vegan protein powder. Tastes very good. Mixes very well. This has healthy wholesome ingredients. It can be a shake, or used to mix into things for great flavor and nutrition. It digests well and makes me feel good. A smart choice if looking for a vegan protein powder. It's fresh and even smells good. That's why whole foods sells it for $4 and over per single serving. It's that good that I'd pay that too.

Love Truvani protein powders. As someone with food sensitivities, I love that these protein powders don't upset my stomach. They are high quality, organic and contain few ingredients - all with names you can read and understand. The product is third party tested as well which is important as many protein powders are showing high levels of lead - especially plant based ones. I use it in smoothies and plain dairy free yogurt for a protein boost, and I find it mixes well and isn't chalky. I deducted one star for the flavor on this one. It's not awful but not amazing and tastes a little fake to me. I feel like the chocolate flavors aren't rich enough and can be a little too sweet which is what I found here. I love the vanilla, vanilla chai and banana cinnamon flavors the most (odd because I usually loathe banana flavoring, but this is actual banana; it's great). The biggest con is the price here. They are quality but the price feels a little high. The company does run specials every so often though. If you are new to Truvani, I highly recommend the variety pack, so you can see which flavors you like the best.

It's so hard to find the right amount of mint flavoring and for it to be dairy and gluten-free! Truvani really comes through for me when I need to make a delicious minty protein shake! Flavor is 10/10! I find dissolving it can take a minute but it's well worth it for a super smooth minty taste. Sometimes I'll add some chocolate chips for mint chocolate chip waffles or muffins!

Delicious with a nice not overly sweet taste and no grit. As a vegan, I have tried just about every protein shake out there - Garden of Life, Arbonne, Vega etc and these are by far my favorite. The ingredients are much better quality than Arbonne (they rate very low on the Yuka app with a lot of chemicals and fillers) and they taste better than the Garden of Life which were my go to. I would compare the vanilla Truvani to a McDonald’s vanilla shake in terms of flavor. I threw it in the blender with some Ice and almond milk and water. I have also tried the mint chocolate and just used a shaker and it still blended well and tasted good.

Bought the chocolate strawberry. NOT impressed. I blended a very long time, and it was still gritty or chalky. I put everything in that they asked for, even the almond butter. Maybe that added to the grit. But the almond butter gave it a nutty flavor, so that was good because othwise its quite bland. It's way too expensive to just be bland. I added honey to boost the flavor. My strawberries weren't sweet so the honey helped.

Better than 90% of powdered protein mixes.I was hoping the vanilla latte would have some coffee flavor, a little disappointed. I could put regular vanilla flavor into coffee and it would do the same thing.The texture is creamier than others and while not gritty or chalky it does some texture to it.
