More than adequate for the job - so nice I bought it twice
Much better build quality (and heavier) than I expected - mostly aluminum construction, including the legs, which are quite sturdy. The best feature is the portability - they collapse down to a cylinder, and I can easily fit two in my backpack along with my other gear. I've seen this type of portable design with some selfie stick stands, but most of those are pretty flimsy in comparison, not nearly as well built. Another small but nice feature is the spring mechanism in the tripod head - it lets me lock down my light securely without worrying about it twisting loose. These stands are a bit pricey for what they do, but I was immediately impressed by the overall quality and ordered a second one the same day I received my first one.

Very easy to set up, adjust and take down.
Bought two of these to use as light stands, but also found them to be useful for quick and easy camera use. With the small footprint and simple height adjustment, it is great for use while sitting in theater type seats. The only issue is that the camera mount head does not rotate separately from the base, so it is somewhat difficult to get the tilt adjustment to be aligned for tilt up and down motion without loosening or tightening camera on its mount and the moving the base around, which is difficult in some narrow sitting areas.

Very effective at its specialized purpose for small lights and devices
This is not an all-purpose light stand. It's a great travel stand for small lights and devices you plan to use indoors. The legs are aluminum and stable enough on a flat surface; but since the footprint is so small and total weight so light, I'd be wary leaving anything unattended on this outside in a breeze. The stand only rises to 5 ft., but that is quite impressive for how small it folds down to, at 14". Even more significant is the closed form factor, which is a clean cylinder with no legs or knobs sticking out. This is without a doubt the smallest travel form-factor for such a stand, and that's the main reason to buy it. My Manfrotto Nano travel stand is only a few inches longer, but more significantly has a larger effective diameter to the legs and knobs, making it take up much more bag space. (But the Nano is also much more stable and rises higher.) While the light is specced for a 6b capacity, realistically you probably won't be able to load that much as the tilting head doesn't have the tension to support most anything with that weight; it'll likely just flop over. There is no locking knob on the head, nor any way to adjust the tension, and these are the greatest flaws I can see with the design. The bottom button to open up the legs can be a bit difficult to push as it's quite recessed and requires some force. Actually I suspect this could be a real issue for anyone with long nails, who might not even be able to open this up. I had no issues with mechanism for extending the telescoping center column. There are no traditional twist-locks; rather, each telescoping segment is itself twist-lockable. You grab the head and twist counter-clockwise to unlock each of the five segments, from top to bottom. Then you extend the pole to your desired height, and twist clockwise to lock the segments, from top to bottom. If you want to be really certain it's fully locked, you can quickly run your hand down its length and give each segment a little twist. There is a cheaper competitor with a locking head, which can also rise to a higher height. However, it's extension mechanism is friction-based, which I suspect has less durability than the telescoping mechanism. It's also at least an inch longer when packed, which unfortunately makes the difference for me as I can just barely squeeze this one at 14" into the top of my Peak Design 10L V1 sling. As a bonus, the stand can be used as a selfie stick / boom pole, since the central column can be extended without extending the legs; however I'd be careful doing so as the pole is inclined to bend with weight on it. With an Amaran Ace 25c (325g/.72lb) attached, it seemed to stop bowing when retracted to just the two thickest segments, which is still a respectable ~30" of extension.

Excellent portable stand
Much more stable than previous dinky ones I’ve tried. My business is travel photography and these are perfect for me. 3/4s of the folded length are the legs, which are longer than the pics make out (joke sidestepped). Easy to lock in place by just holding the top and twisting at desired length. 15” packing size, are you kidding me? I put this on par with Peak Designs tripod. They’re heavy duty metallic, not plastic. Pretty stable for most LED lights and reflectors. Probably even more. Highly recommend.

Good lightweight compact stand
Good stand, lightweight and compact. Very well built for price, decent sturdy, decent stabilization. Good for lume cube lights but, nothing much heavier. Will be buying another one.

Worth every penny
I know they're a little expensive but they're definitely worth it. I bought one to test it out I ended up loving it so much I bought two more. They feel pretty heavy on your hand almost like you're holding a police baton. Very compact and extend quite long. Less Than 3 seconds of a setup again worth the money.

Not very strong
I wanted to like this stand. Its is a little shorter than I wanted, but i was willing to sacrifice a little for its convenience. The stand itself seems pretty sturdy even at full height, because it locks by twisting it (some of the competitors I tried dont lock, and quickly get loose). The issue I have is with the head. I like that it has a tilt mechanism, BUT it is not adjustable, and not at all sturdy, u less you have the very lightest product on it (think, very very small led light or gopro, etc). If you try anything heavier, the head will fall forward or back, since there is no way to lock it. I was trying to use it with a larger light panel (still under the stated weight limit - they were about 3.5 pounds each - the stand is supposed to hold up to 7 pounds). I bought two and am returning one. I might be able to use one for some limited projects or small background light. For what its worth, the head does have a rubber gasket to firmly hold an item on it without twisting off. Overall i think it seems like it is designed ok, but definitely not for professional use, or anything heavier than maybe 2 pounds.

Palo Selfie/Tripie LC-STANDT60 Lume Cube - Excelente Calidad y Estabilidad.

Excellent slimline stand, less intrusive that a tripod. I used with a webcam for teaching fitness classes.

I was blown away by the quality of this product. From the button that releases the 3 legs to the twist to undo and tighten the extendable monopod, everything about this product is perfect. It's sturdy, quick to set up and pack down, compact and overall amazing quality. Out of the hundreds of products I've ordered from amazon, this is by far the best.
