I like the idea but purchased it and I tried three different phones even an android phone would not connect piece of junkVery very disappointed

This thing should be pulled from all stores. I have 2 and neither one works. The app is abysmal and doesn’t seem to have been updated in years and product it’s is it’ made of cheap materials. I’ll stick with Meater for now.

My wife bought this for me thinking it would be a great addition to my smoker paraphernalia. I like gadgets. Unfortunately, this device does not work in a smoker. Once the smoker is closed (metal box), the signal isn't strong enough to get out more than about five feet. The temperature accuracy seems to be rather poor as well. I wanted to like it, but it doesn't work for me.

Poor set up and connection issues and no help from support

Interface was fine. I liked the design and idea of the product, but the thermometer disconnects from my Bluetooth and shows out of range when less than 3 feet away.

Don't bother with this thermometer.

Garbage. Get another brand. French-only instructions and support are painful. No troubleshooting guide anywhere. Tried every standard troubleshooting step and never connected the probe. Bluetooth connections should not be that hard to deploy for this product team and app developer. Avoid!!
