This product has been exceptional. I purchased it for my elderly mother some time ago to help alleviate her neck, upper back, and shoulder pain, and she continues to use it almost every night. I have a herniated disc in my neck and need frequent heat to calm muscle spasms. I was using a plug in heating pad before but it was too light and thin and didn’t stay in contact with my muscles unless I oressed down on it. This microwaveable neck wrap is amazing! It has a soft outer material with compartmentalized inner beads that stay dispersed. When applied rests nicely on neck, shoulders upper back and pec muscles and can be easily shifted to put more or less pressure on specific areas. I heat mine for 3 minutes in the microwave and the heat lasts a good while. I should note that I got unscented. And there was no odor upon unboxing or heating like some other brands. Just get it! Your muscles will thank you!

I like that this is weighted so not only does it help to stay in place without sliding around, but it's like getting a warm hug. It feels good on the neck, shoulders, and upper back and itdoes stay warm for a decent amount of time. Might only complaint is that it's supposed to smell like lavender and the herbs inside, but it doesn't. It doesn't smell like anything. I am satisfied with the functionality of it though and as a heating pad it does what it's supposed to do.

Very high quality for the price. It is very convenient, you can heat the hot pad for 2 minutes. Compared to other brands, that you have to remove the sand bag and put it back in. I highly recommend

Great item. Holds the heat well and the “stuffing” stays in all the right spots. It’s soft and warm and everything a girl could want. I recommend this for all your neck needs.
