Nice journal but a bit flimsy
The journal is quite simple: 90 days of tracking and recording with some positive quotes and a review section after each month. Not the most inventive but straight forward and does the job.Sadly, mine arrived looking a little worse for wear. It seems to have been stored somewhere damp which has affected the pages and cover as shown in the pictures. Still usable but not suitable for a gift. I requested a return and the refund has been issued. Impressive service. Hopefully it’s a one off issue as it’s a sweet, simple journal.

Very big, basic layout, but ok
The book came and I didn’t realise how huge it would be, this may be my fault because I should have checked dimensions but I would have preferred something a bit smaller, the detail inside is good but the layout looks very simple/ childlike and not asthetically pleasing, not a fan

Good for what I needed
This journal has everything I was looking for and then some… I love that it has a place for a starting photo and measurements, and check points along the way to see your progress. I love that it has a space to set goals and write down your “why”. I love the full page to track every day, and the positive/motivational quotes at the top of the page. I love that there is space in the back to specifically keep track of your weight loss and you can create a graph with it to see how you’re going and get the visual.My favorite part about this is at the end of the 90 days, there is space for a new picture of yourself, and space to create a vision board for your future days, and a verse on the very last page to reflect on the 90 day journey.The ONLY thing I dislike in the journal is on the pages of the mid month check ins where you can write if you lost any weight and there is a space for a reward or a punishment. Nobody needs to be punished for not losing weight. I will ignore this aspect and simply write “NO punishment… picking myself up and continuing on” or something to that effect.Other than that that, this is perfect for what I need! I will be buying another 3 of these so I have pages for a full 12 month period, not a big deal to me as I prefer to do smaller monthly goals anyway, so I don’t mind.

Cute and useful
It’s relatively useful, but mostly repetitive…. it gets super monotonous after 30 days. I think they could stand to have more exercises or journaling opportunities.
