High-Calorie Drink with great taste
This drink is a great way to get extra calories and protein in a small bottle. It has 530 calories and 22g of protein, making it good for gaining weight or keeping energy up. The vanilla flavor is smooth and sweet, not too strong, and it’s easy to drink. The texture is thick but not too heavy, and it goes down easily. It’s packed with nutrients, so it helps if you need more nutrition in your diet. Whether for recovery, weight gain, or just an easy meal replacement, this is a solid choice.

Boost Your Calories
My Dad has lost a lot of weight. His COPD causes him to have difficulty breathing after eating a whole meal. It’s more difficult for his lungs to expand when his stomach is full. These shakes pack a lot of calories in a relatively small volume. He likes the taste and texture, and is able to drink at least two shakes a day. He has not been weighed since starting the shakes, but he does look a lot healthier. It will be interesting to see how much weight he has gained when he goes to his next doctor’s appointment. The only downside is the price, which may not be realistically possible for everyone. But if it helps us to keep our Dad around a lot longer it’s well worth it. Seniors who are underweight have a more difficult time recovering from illnesses because they have less reserves, and those with underlying health conditions face an even higher risk. With the prevalence of so many contagious diseases, such as Covid, I want my Dad to have a fighting chance, and that is why I recommended this product to him, and to anyone else who needs to gain weight.

Thankful for this product
These are expensive but the high calories are necessary for a cancer patient. He likes the flavors and can thin them out as needed.

tasty and healthy
i have a boost each day 3 hours after i take a diuretic that tends to drain minerals and vitamins out of my system. it's like a multivitamin as well as a protein booster. it's best served cold, and thouroughly shaken to mix the ingredients. it tastes like a milkshake when served that way. it's a pleasant way to round out your diet, especially if you tend to not eat enough or eat too much junk food or are averse to meat. i'm not that crazy about meat, eat nuts, eggs, dairy products, light on the meat, so i like also to get extra protein via boost. i also tend to forget about eating when i am concentrating on something, so i've madea boost a day part of my routine. it doesn't change your headset as much as heavier food digestion. it's good for older people, but might also be a fit for others. it's got 10g of sugar, so that might be a drawback for some people.

Really works! I gained weight weekly Pic’s below
So I’ve always be thin both of my parents are skinny so I figured it was just my genetics (which does play a factor) i was never able to get past 98 pounds and when I was assaulted it took a toll on me I declined in weight every doctors visit my weight decreased 98, 95, 90, 87, and finally 82 pounds! To me I looked normal but when I asked a friend how my body looked and she sent a reference picture I was mortified I didn’t know I looked so thin so from November or December I dedicated myself to a weight gain journey also with the help of ChatGPT with creating a meal plan, it was a struggle at first trying to figure out how to plan out my meals, ensuring I ate enough, and creating a consistent routine eventually I found what works best for me. These shakes have helped so much I’m now at 103 pounds! My weight goal is 106 but I may move up to 115 depending on if I’m satisfied with how I look. If you’re struggling with weight gain I’d highly recommend these but also remember you have to eat healthy balanced meals, for me eating smaller portions but calorie packed meals helped best instead of three big meals, it can get repetitive eating the same things over and over but once you see your progress it’ll keep you motivated! I will say the consistency and taste isn’t my favorite and it can be hard to chug these down I’ve never been a fan of thick creamy shakes but they work so I soldier through it. Just as a reminder if you’re reading this there’s nothing wrong with being skinny don’t let pressures from what you see trending on social media get to you, if you want to put on weight do it because you want to face yourself in the mirror and feel comfortable in your skin!

Disappointed
I was looking for a high calorie protein drink due to specific health issues with eating. I was losing a lot of weight I was in desperate search for a protein drink with high calories and the boost product offered that I would go through 48 /8 ounces drinks in a month and it worked great flavor. I got the vanilla in the price at the time was very reasonable at the time of my first purchase. It was $47.98/24. I look today, April 13 and the price has skyrocketed to $65.98/24. I find that to be highly unacceptable very unreasonable. I totally understand the increase in pricing when they went from under $50 to just over $50 now they’re over $60 unfortunately at almost 3 dollars a drink/8 ounces it’s a rip off, unfortunately even though I can afford it I cannot afford to be ripped off considering there’s so much other product in the market today they might not be as good as boost however, I could still accomplish and achieve the same goal. I’m a disappointed repeat customer.

Expensive, but worth it if you need a high calorie drink
For the purpose of getting more calories and nutrients into a person who doesn't love eating - these are wonderful. I can't always afford them, which is a major downside for me personally. If you can afford them, I do recommend them. The taste and texture are about what you'd expect, maybe a little thicker, and for 500 calories in such a small amount of liquid, it's really great.I've yet to find a comparable drink in calories and nutrition, most of these types of drinks are in the 200-300 calorie range. That's probably why these ones cost more.
