Weak product
Aerating the lawn the fork just bent with relative ease. I’m not sure if it’s a weak weld or if it just isn’t strong enough. It looked robust but clearly wasn’t. I’ve bought other roghneck products which are great. However, this fork just isn’t up to the job.

Same as other reviews
All bent and twisted after first use, wasn't going to deep and just digging out bluebells. Absolute garbage

Broken after second use
This fork actually broke the second time it was used. I bought it because I believed it was a strong fork used on heavy duty jobs. Not so. Very disappointed.

Very poor quality and customer service
This product comes with a 25 year guarantee, the product became faulty in Oct 2022 only weeks after purchase. I have contacted the supplier / manufacturer and they claim that I need to contact Amazon for the 25 year guarantee to become effective and for the product to either be replaced or refunded. I have photos of the product and copies of the email exchange with the supplier - Roughneck. Can you please help ?
