REALGLOW Spiral Flame Gas Patio Heater 13.5KW (Black with Black Cover)

Seen reviews saying heat output was not great but took the chance. Had it on full for about 5 mins then had to turn it down as it was getting quite warm. Fits under our gazebo with plenty of room for ventilation. It looks brilliant with the spiral flame 🔥 and gives off a nice glow when it gets dark outside. Assembly was a bit tricky with spaner provided however I swapped over to using a socket set and it was put together in about 20 mins. Came with a free cover for when not in use, cover is off a decent quality.

Love the spiral effect, easy to assemble and looks great as well as kicking out some decent heat when needed. Came with cover. Great value for money.

Not the cheapest but so far excellent looking and heat output. The electronic one gnition is Mike’s better than our previous one - keep turning the knob until it ‘may ignite’!! Service was excellent. Assembly was straightforward but didn’t use the spanner provided!

The gas garden heater is perfect. I used it on a couple of occasions and I highly recommend. The height is perfect, alsmost 180 and emits heat all the way around. I didn't expect to be that good and I am pleasantly surprised. In the bottom section of the heater you can fit your 13kg gas bottle. It comes with bottle connector and is very easy to assemble. Also, in the package a cover is included to protect it from the rain.

After reading reviews about this patio heater I decided it’s the one for me, came fairly quickly and was well packaged, the little spanner that comes with it is rubbish, would advise to have a socket set, makes putting it together a lot easier and quicker, anyway put it together and it looks amazing, unfortunately went to fire it up and nothing, turns out the ignition switch was faulty, so contacted the seller, explained the problem and supplied a video too of the issue, and was sent a new part which sorted out the problem, Got to say it looks amazing and throws out decent heat which is enough to keep you warm but not roasting you to death, very happy with it albeit a dodgy start.

We bought this to use on our patio during the cooler spring and autumn evenings. It works well but you do need to huddle close to it to feel the benefit. Quite an expensive bit of kit but we did enjoy using it when we could get together outdoors before lock down was fully lifted. Overall, pleased with this purchase. It came exceptionally well packaged and was straight forward to assemble. The gas bottle hides inside so makes it a neat looking patio heater compared to many others we looked at. It is also very easy to move to the location you want (e.g. we move it between our recliner chairs and table set up with no problem). The cover is a bonus which does help protect it from the elements.

Really pleased with the product, easy to build and kicks out plenty of heat. I would recommend not building it on the decking in case you drop any of the nuts and bolts … however the seller kindly agreed to send me a few spares! Great customer service … thank you
