I can't put up a photo because I think I'd get blacklisted off the internet. went to town on the 20 y.o. bunion on my big toe. It's gone. I can't let anyone touch my feet and I've bought cheaper ones before but this one is powerful. I've only done that one to but I'm going to soak my feet and do the rest tomorrow. You pop the attachment on without having to tighten them. You get a good choice of attachments (I used the sandpaper one) and it melted through it. Very easy to use and not noisy enough to wake my dog. I'm glad I spent the extra money because the power, speed and results were worth it. CON: I would like to be able to buy spare heads for it but couldn't see any for this model.

Das Gerät ist für Deutschland so nicht nutzbar, muss mir jetzt noch zusätzlich einen Adapter kaufen.Finde das nicht ausreichend deklariert. Beurer ist eine deutsche Firma und ich habe in Deutschland bestellt.Sehr enttäuschend.

Ich kann mich nur der vorhergehenden Bewertung nur anschließen. Mit dem Stecker ist das Gerät in Deutschland nicht nutzbar. In der Überschrift wird zwar angegeben UK-Stecker. Aber so schnell kann man sich da nichts drunter vorstellen. Es ist bei den Bildern auch kein Bild des Steckers dabei. Auch in der näheren Beschreibung wird nicht erwähnt, dass noch ein Adapter dazu gekauft werden muss. Sehr ärgerlich.

Nail psoriasis is extremely painful. Those who suffer from it know that the rate of over-proliferation of tissue of the skin and nails means a DAILY manicure is obligatory. If you don’t, the deformation and proliferation (and pain) is off the scale. It is, quite literally, crippling.This manicure set is a game changer. Since getting this set, I do a daily maintenance manicure, and the results are impressive. Keeping the skin and nail proliferation under control has meant the inflammation and irritation have reduced dramatically, to the point that the nails have started to look almost normal, and pain levels have dropped from 10 (sleepless nights level!) to the rare 1 or 2. I can use my hands normally now, and only rarely need to take a painkiller.Of course I use other modalities as well, predominantly Omega 3 oil and Manuka honey (orally and topically). I opted not to use “standard” medical solutions, because of the short-term nature of any beneficial effects, and the high rate of negative side effects that are often reported. Since the predominant medical position on nail psoriasis is that it is incurable, and medical interventions can only be used intermittently, it sounded like an unpleasant merry-go-round. So I decided that slow and steady was the way to go. But that’s my personal choice.I don’t often write reviews on Amazon because … I just don’t. But I wanted to give other nail psoriasis suffers hope that they can return to a near-normal use of their hands without taking drastic action. This is not an over-night fix, but if you stick to it, it will help. It does take some discipline to incorporate a manicure into your daily routine, but once you get into the swing, it doesn’t take long, and eventually you only need to focus on areas that are misbehaving. Even that gets less and less as time goes by. Initially it took me ages, but gradually the malformation and proliferation rate has reduced significantly. This is NOT a cure ... but it is the next best thing!I sincerely hope this review helps others. My commiseration to other fellow nail psoriasis sufferers. And I wish you well on your journey.Update Sep 2024: This manicure set really changed everything for me. I particularly like that it is mains powered, so no fiddling around with recharging. Initially, I used this set to bring my nails back to some semblance of normality and control the rampaging hypertrophy. That worked well. However, more and more I use manual tools because a) the degree of correction needed is far less now, b) the hypertrophy seems to have slowed down significantly (don't know why that is, and sometimes it does flare aggressively again), and c) more and more I find I only need to fine-tune the daily manicure. Fine tuning isn't really possible with the electric file, so I use it a lot less/rarely. Having said that, I'm glad I have it for those occasions when I haven't been able to do a daily manicure, and have to go in a little more intensely. So, for all my fellow nail psoriasis suffers, don't give up hope. I use a couple of specific ointments (non-medical), plus manual manicure tools daily, and it's working. I no longer experience my daily manicure as a painful necessity but as a daily TLC session - a little bit of indulgent pampering! And I no longer cringe when someone catches sight of my hands. Not having used anything like this before, I was very hesitant but found it easy to use and got on really well with it. It does a great job and the different “files” make things easy.It charges fairly quickly and is fairly quiet, my cat sat on my knee while I was using it and it didn’t bother him.
