One of the best dog foods you can buy!

I have two 3 year old Cavalier King Charles that struggled with insane IBS, diarrhea, stomach issues for the first year of their life. After a lot of research, I came across Dr. Judy Morgan’s Instagram page, where she recommended Dr. Harvey’s. I suspected that my pups had some sort of protein allergy so we decided to give this formula a shot. Now, this took some getting used to in the beginning. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill dog food and it does require a bit of preparation. Boiling water And letting the food absorb/cool isn’t as easy as pouring kibble into a bowl, but this food is more than worth the five minutes of prep. Not only did both Molly and Cooper devour the food and still do, but their stomach issues were gone within a month and have never returned. Some may question if it’s really worth the price. For us, there’s no question. We feel that our dogs are getting a nutritionally balanced formula that supports their sensitive guts. Plus, we never have to go to the vet for random stomach issues these days. I can promise the food is cheaper than the vet bills :-)

Very good food, I feel like it was well prepared and apparently (based off my dog's response)pretty favorable. He ate and licked his entire bowel. However, we ordered the 20lb bag of the allergy free mix. He seemed to more issues when he started to eat this even though he was changing from Probiotic Hollistic Lamb Meal. Also it is very expensive because after feeding him the recommended daily amount (100lb dog), the bag only lasted one week. We choose to go back to our other food and his itching and stuff have improved. Overall a good product, but just didn't work out for my canine.

Terrible, this made my dog very sick. I have purchased from the company directly before, and it was ok. I wonder if Amazon is improperly storing it.

Add it to other for flavor

Both of my fur babies hated the food. I used less than two cups out of the bag. I emailed the company and was told that I had to pay for the shipping to return it. The bag cost me over $100. They should be paying for the return!!!

I purchased for one dog who suffers from allergies. She wasn’t that interested in it, but the other dog likes it. The trial size is a good opportunity to see if dogs like it but it is still rather expensive. Dr. Harvey’s website offers free samples but I think the offer only applies to US customers.

My dog liked it okay ish. Not worth the price too expensive

Judging by the reviews I hoped it will help my itchy dog with her allergies.. nope. She does not want to eat, smells it and goes away, I mixed it with meat and she goes away.. even after hours of eating she did not touch it, decided for kibbles which she usually does not eat. I bought another package, will try to return. It is not cheap product and I expected to be more appetizing for dogs.
