I've always used this product and found it very easy to use and apply and all the essentials are enclosed, ie instruction, gloves, concentrate conditioner, tube of colour and sealed bottle of colour excellence. The instructions are very straightforward and there's even pictures to help. This product always leaves my hair glossy and shiny and picks out the different tones and highlights in my hair. Salon quality and is very good value for money. I would highly recommend.

I find the product easy to use and the colour great. I get lots of compliments on the colour of my hair and it does seem to last 6 weeks and cover my greys.

I have no complaints or issues regarding the seller. The item was dispatched swiftly and arrived damage free.As this is a well known brand I wouldn’t expect there to be issues of any kind and there weren’t. The colour is true to the display & guide on the box. I have a silver stripe at the front of my hair and it has covered it perfectly. Longevity is a difficult one to answer as (1) I only used it a couple of days ago and (2) I think the results are always going to vary from person to person. Overall I am satisfied with it.
