This is a great idea, especially if you like camping trips. This silicone bowl holds 1.2 litres, and has a plastic lid, held in place with 4 clamps, which don't make my bowl completely watertight, although I'm not sure whether that's the intention.You simply remove the lid, push down on the silicon, and it unfolds into a 1.2ml bowl. It is heat resistant, and can be used in the microwave, either without the lid, or with the lid, and the little silicone air vent in the lid removed.It's a really clever item, but you need to give it a good wash, or soak before use, because it does smell of silicone initially. Having done this, I did not detect any aftertaste in food heated up in the bowl.It comes complete with a fold out fork/spoon, which is a handy addition.A great addition to your camping/hiking equipment, and the price makes it very affordable. Comes as a round bowl, or a square bowl, and in an assortment of different colours. Recommended.

Not much to say, it's collapsible, easy to clean, not to heavy, good price, it basically works

Perfect for camping

Today i am reviewing the large Ewrap 1200ml collapsible bowl. Avery nice light blue in colour and very flexible.The bowl is strong in how it has been made. Made with silicone, i use mine for cooking, or reheating in the microwave. Lots of uses, no right or wrong, whatever you want.Good for preparing a meal, to use as a cereal bowl, camping bowl, has a little fork included, for lunch time at school and work. The fork 2 in 1 and made of stainless steel. The bowl made of a suitable food grade and can be placed in the freezer.I like the fact the bowl can be folded half its size as well, very clever, so very portable.The company has some gorgeous colours, i received the blue bowl, also red, lime green, grey.Please remember to check the bowls when ordering colours, the grey for example is square, blue is square, round green , round red + square green. All are gorgeous and i will be purchasing different colours for my set.The maximum heat resistant temperature is 248FI am happy to read the bowls do come with a 6 month guarantee...Present price £10.99 whether you want to buy the round or square bowl.Free delivery with PrimeVery easy to clean and dry or air dry as i do.The bowl does not wobble around, very sturdy and leak proofI have used my microwave, nothing has melted, no fumes or burning, cooked beans, carrots, any veg to be honest, warmed baked beans up, A tip though, if you are cooking for example a crumble and apples, or dark fruits require defrosting or cooking. When dark fruits or anything cooking like carrots. When cooking time ended, transfer and soak the bowl straight away in warm water. Some darker fruit and veg will dye the bowl. The media could not be loaded. Good size for a salad or pasta lunch to take to work etc. I liked the blue pastel colour. Easy to pop up from the smaller size and fit the lid onto it. There is no explanation for the coloured dot on the lid. Is it to match the bottom section for aesthetic reasons, or is it a vent for when microwaving?

After using the bowl once and then putting it in the dishwasher as the item is supposed to be dishwasher safe, the bowl shrunk and now the lid doesn’t stay on anymore. I’m very disappointed
