These two pills work some miracle, the water pill does the job instantly and the 15 day detox should had said two days detox. The water pill work super fast. And the detox pill should only be taken on your day or weekend off you will be getting rid of everything your mom gave you as a child, LOL BUT it does work real good, I felt so much better my legs are not hurting anymore and when I leave work I can see the difference I don’t see my legs swollen anymore. Because I was retaining a lot of water just make sure you drink plenty of water because you will be thirsty. And the detox pill I took it on the wrong dates so I had to miss work due to the amount of bathroom visits but the next day I felt lighter much better and I felt less blowed from being back up. Update to the update: so I took a one day break in between take it them every day 2x when I felt like I hadn’t eaten too much worth expelling the next day and didn’t want to be cramped over. I’m glad I’ve stuck wi to it. I still take both bottles daily with the exception of the above. I can see my abs agaaaiinn after months of feeling like I’d never get back. I feel amazing. I have so much energy. My face and stomach looks so great. My ankles aren’t swollen looking anymore! I will definitely do this again after 6-8 weeks. Update: I’m experiencing being doubled over in pain like a lot of people were saying. It’s hard for me type it hurts so bad. I think this is Day 5 or 6. Original post: I have never in my life seen a tapeworm come out of myself until today. I’m on day 3 and my bloating has decreased. I’m taking 2 of each pill at separate times of the day. I’m drinking almost a full gallon of water every day. It has me going to the bathroom at least 4-5 times a day. I cut out bread, pasta, cut back on sugar.. I don’t have a scale at the moment, but I feel lighter. My face is looking better. It does cramp your stomach a little, but that’s what laxatives do. If you are looking for something to jumpstart weight loss and make you regular and clean yourself out, then these are it! I have bought many times & I lost 15 pounds with taking two of each at bedtime with lots of water & a mostly heathy diet & working out a half hour 3-4 days a week. And I do splurge on a cheeseburger or whatever I want to eat at least once or twice a week so these pills really help clean you out and take excess water weight off if you’re looking to go on vacation or looking for special event, these are perfect to get a jumpstart and make you look great with an a short period time with the fact of eating healthy and working out also & drinking water but these add a lot of help. The 15 day cleanse works too well. I took 1 pill in the evening and spent the entire next day in the bathroom doubled over. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS medication for 15 days. In fact, I recommend checking with a doctor before taking. It is not healthy for a person to go through this. You will seriously dehydrate yourself. Drinking 1 8oz glass of water with the pill will do nothing to replace the fluids you are going to loose. My colonoscopy prep didn't do this good of a job!

The cleansing pills work extremely well. I don’t recommend taking them at night because they will make you go all morning numerous time. I would take them in the morning so by the time you get home you have the leisure of going. If you are not that backed up and just want a clean gut only take one pill. Two will cramp you badly. They do cramp you up (sometimes worse than others) and drinking the water makes it a little worse but it’s all for the goodness of your gut. You’ll feel lighter and empty by day 15. The water pills didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t feel like I lost any water weight or overly went to the restroom with them. Even with an increase of water consumption. But everyone is different, they may work for you. Overall if your thinking about getting them GET THEM.
