Great bag. Great value! Size is just what we needed. Love it!!! Great company with great customer service. Highly recommend both.

The zipper is so poorly sewn on that it's separating from the bag, causing problems when locking/unlocking the bag. I have to be sure and not cross the faulty part of the zipper track with either of the zippers, leave each one on opposite sides of the now separating section, when I lock the back. If I move either zipper onto or across that part then it's an absolute battle to get it back to the other side so I can open the bag. Even worse is that the zipper track is now coming off on a different part of the bag, compounding the problem. This all started after about 11 months, and the bag has basically sat in the same spot unmoved for the entire time I've had it. I didn't really feel like bothering with leaving a review when it first failing, but now that it's actively getting worse I decided to make sure people know this may be an issue they'll have to deal with.

Fits a cake pretty well. But oddly enough, it comes with 2 locks. I figure it’s for situations where there’s a lot of cake and cold beverage thievery. For when not just one but two locks are required to secure your tasty snacks.

It pretty big and spacious for anything… groceries, door dash, Uber eats. It’s a great product!! I wouldn’t think it twice of getting it!

This is a pretty clever product. It's a large insulated bag that is large enough to hold several bags of groceries, and can be locked shut, as well as secured to something on your porch... so that food delivery can be dropped in there. It seems to be sufficient quality for its intended purpose, and I find that the price is in line with what I would expect for the quality displayed here. A couple things to note - no retail packaging, so if you're gifting it, you'll need to get some box or something perhaps to put it in. And the other thing, grocery delivery has become more of a thing since the pandemic started, but so has working from home, so I've found less of a need for this to exist, but it does work just fine for its intended purpose.

I find this very helpful just for my own shopping, though I got it to give to my sister, who has a long drive from her favorite market, since she lives out in the country. For myself, I generally have a quick enough drive home that unless I have a huge amount of shopping, I can just put all my bags in and know it will all be good. If I were shopping for others, I think it would be a necessity, since there could be a number of bags of frozen or refrigerated goods which would need to be transported. It does a very good job, and very easily holds three large bags.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful
