Great supplement

2/8/2025 Update Works much better at 4grams with 6oz Grape Juice the real stuff that has to be thrown away after 4-5 days not the cocktail grape juice. Worked slight will have to try again. I initially tried 1.5grams per day, then 3 grams per day and finally 2grams 3 times per day. If you have concerns about ED and studies claiming Citrulline helps with blood flow this may or may not work for you. I'm adding this as an example list of products I have used that worked for me as a comparison to products that just do not work. Be sure you aren't restricting your calories this may effect you. Also be sure your electrolytes are optimal. Bananas game changer. Multi Vitamin Hot Sauce Vitamin C 250-500mg Not 100% necessary if multi has enough and diet Magnesium 250-300mg+ Vitamin D 3000-5000iu for 250lb male 18% bf Vit K 100mcg Zinc 22mg here and there so you don't deplete your copper Don't over deplete Carbs Strengthen pelvic floor daily Last resort #1 Tongkat Freed up free testosterone as high as 122 pg/ml within 12hrs of consumption 400mg. As low as mid 70's after not on it for 2 weeks. Also increases DHEA. #2 Fadogia worked within 1-3hrs if you are a hyper responder. For me this is too strong and I limit it to 2-3 a week. #3 DHEA dose 10-20mg every other day I felt Nitric oxide boosting and maybe Testosterone. Gets my Free T range into the 80's. #4 Tribulus libido booster and mild hormone balancing.

Overpriced. That jar or container you see is not even half full

This is quality L-Citrulline, and I expected it to be given it's a licensed product. I definitely notice increased nitric oxide production post-gym workouts and it's tasteless so it's fairly easy to mix in water. Price was very competitive versus other brands.

I received this today but it no longer says (Kyowa Quality) anywhere on the container or under Supplement Facts. I bought this thinking it contained the Kyowa Quality brand L-Citrulline which is pharmaceutical grade but sadly the one I received does not.
