Gorgeous puzzle. I had put this puzzle half way together then needed to take it apart as I was moving my craft room. In the moving I must have lost two pieces. I got it all together and found I was missing those two pieces and I wanted to frame the puzzle. No it was not easy to put together, but isn't that the point with a 1000 piece puzzle? I didn't want to give less than 5 stars to this company. And here is why. I contacted the company and asked if I order the two missing pieces if I sent a photo. They said no, but offered to send an entire new puzzle for free! This company didn't have to offer an entire new puzzle but I am so happy with them and the product. Will definitely buy from them again! PS I created replacement pieces using the picture included with the puzzle so I will be framing and hanging this beauty.

The photo shows the letters on the back and how they are laid out. Other reviews mention that this is a large puzzle. For reference, it’s 26 1/2 inches across.We did the circuit board maze puzzle from this company and wanted more like it. This circular cat puzzle was awesome. The pieces are wonderful, uniquely cut, nice thickness, glossy, fit where they're supposed to go, and no puzzle dust. There were do damaged pieces and we had all of them. This is a company that makes a great puzzle that is fun to do. All pros and no cons.We used the letters to sort the puzzle, and there are 12 sections. Four of the letters, A, C, J, and L have fewer pieces, so my husband and I each took two and started there and then continued. We did NOT refer to the letters after that and completed this puzzle in just under 2 1\2 hours. We really enjoyed it, and I just bought two more puzzles from this maker. We hope Bgraamiens makes more animal themed ones.One thing we appreciate about this brand is that the picture on each puzzle is centered, so we each get to work the interesting part and are doing something very similar as we're pretty evenly matched. So many puzzle companies off-set the picture so one side/two thirds is something interesting like a house/castle/barn while the other half/third is sky/water or sky and mountains/grass/trees. Makes for lots of blues or blues and greens. We're always taking turns building the boring/harder part.This would be a wonderful gift for any puzzle and cat lover. This brand is highly recommended from two avid puzzlers.

I finished Zentangle Dragonfly!!! I am one proud puzzle maker!!! Such a challenging, fun and beautiful puzzle!! Will be buying from bgraamien’s Puzzles again for I am hooked!!However, It’s missing about 6 pieces. What do I do?? Can you help? I so wanted to hang this as artwork…

Beautiful and challenging puzzle. However, I could not complete it due to missing pieces or pieces that did not fit . One piece did not belong with this puzzle but must have been included by mistake. Ended up with border pieces that would not fit.Unable to find way to contact manufacturer.

Love this puzzle. Pieces are glossy finish, sharply cut with minimal puzzle dust. Image is clear and sharp with no blurry spots and the colors are gorgeous. Pieces were a little thinner than other Bgraamiens I've done. Box is sturdy and a good size for easy bookshelf storage. Poster included. There is an alphabetic grid on the back for less experienced puzzles or those who like to work by sections. The only negative for me is its size; it's over 26" round which means I had to add an extension to my puzzle board to work it. Recommend for ages 10+.

Again, this is another great Bgraamiens puzzle; my third one. No missing pieces on any of the three that I've done so far.I plan to order more of these in the future. I started with the outside pieces, sorting them into letter sections and continued the rest of the puzzle without using the lettering, completing it within 3 days. The only problem with this puzzle is that it was too much fun to leave it alone. I highly recommend this puzzle.

I finished her and she was worth every minute! You will love the time spent putting this beauty together.
