Good product for hair, nails and skin

I received this product. After taking it as instructed (2 tablets on an empty stomach) I would after a few hours have a very distinct headache. It felt like one particular spot in a line from the middle of my brain to the back of my head had someone wring the nerves there. At first I reduced the dosage to 1 tablet, still the same headache with just the same intensity. I would like to return this product and/or get my money back please!

The product didn’t have 120 servings and the quality is not very great. Nor effective

Did not work well for my skin. In fact my skin became duller and darker
