I have a maladaptive behavior I am trying to replace and this helps keep my hands busy. However, I did snap the first one I got because I was unaware of the fragility. Once I learned how fragile it was I didn’t break another.

It’s cool, small and simple and cute. I didn’t expect it to be metal but I like them. I don’t think it does anything other than expand but that’s fine. I got them because I have high anxiety and just need something to do with my hands.
