Q: got "check print cartridge" error after test page printed ok. anyone find a solution to this?

Pull the cartridge(s) out of the printer. Check there is nothing covering the chip or blocking the sensor. Do a hard reset, not just powering it down, but unplugging it as well. You may call us 888-321-2552 for further assistance.

Q: Does this ink work for HP Officejet 6110?

I use it with an HP 6100 that requires an HP 56 and HP 57 cartridge. They were great

Q: My hp5550 keeps showing a blinking yellow ink drop and i cannot get it to leave that mode and print. two wasted cartridges. any solution?

Because these are remanufactured, it is common for the printer to read a low or empty ink level message; however, pressing the OK or RESUME button should allow you to override the message. If you continue to have a problem, please try resetting the printer itself:1. Take cartridge out of the printer and close the door/cover2. Turn the printer off and un-plug it from the wall for 30 seconds3. Gently wipe the gold connection points (smart chip) found on the side of the cartridge; you may use a soft, lint free cloth or cotton swab and alcohol 4. Power the printer back on and allow it to fully warm up5. Re-install the cartridge and make sure it 'clicks' or 'snaps' into place
