Chair was easy to put together and comfortable for what it is. The lights were nice and I loved using the built-in Bluetooth speakers. Unfortunately one day the lights and speakers failed to come on and have stopped working all together. There is no longer US based support which has made it very difficult to get a replacement chair or part.

I cannot stress enough how underwhelming the X Rocker Prism Chair has been in terms of both quality and customer service. I must admit, the promises of immersive audio and dazzling RGB lighting captured my attention initially. The chair fails to live up to its glossy advertising. Don't waste your money. Let's start with durability, a fundamental criterion for any furniture, especially one that belongs in a high-traffic area like a gaming setup. The chair began to split at its seams within the first week of use. I'm 5' 3" and 130lbs and my husband is 5' 6" and 170lbs but it didn't matter. Please understand, this is not the outcome of abuse or misuse. This chair, straight out of the box, couldn't withstand the basic demands of being a functional seat. We stopped using them and contacted customer support, they didn't care. The customer service experience was an adventure in futility. While the role of a support team should ideally be problem-solving and relationship-building, the representatives I interacted with displayed a stark disinterest in resolving my issue. Offering a 10% discount on a future purchase seemed to be their pièce de résistance. Given my experience with this chair, it would be imprudent to consider another purchase from the same brand. Fixing this chair was an economic enigma of its own. The repair process quickly turned into a useless endeavor as costs began to outweigh the chair's initial price tag. What first appeared to be a 'budget-friendly' option metamorphosed into an ongoing expense. If you’re investing in a chair, you’re essentially investing in comfort and reliability, and it's clear that this chair offers neither. The bad online reviews serve as a collective testament to a product's performance, and when it comes to the X Rocker Prism Chair, the negative reviews resoundingly ring true. There's a consistent pattern of grievances around the chair's durability and split seams and the customer service experience, underscoring that my unfortunate encounter was not an isolated incident. This is a cautionary tale of a product that cloaks its shortcomings behind flashy features and savvy marketing. Its lack of durability, coupled with disappointing customer service, renders it a poor investment. My recommendation? Save yourself the time, effort, and money, and look for alternatives that offer both comfort and longevity. My photo is the beginning of the split that went completely across and I ended up sitting on metal.

It’s hard to some this up shortly but I love this chair I was skeptical at first because of it not having the back pillows that I see come with other gaming chairs but the sound from this chair is amazing 10/10 specially if you love listening to music with or without bass there is a few things on the side to help u adjust the volume and bass and u can switch from Bluetooth to aux I played a the last of us 2 on it and sheesh surround sound was crazy I literally thought one time the sound was coming from my tv it’s also like a massage chair Becz of its detection of bass when u play music or video games with a good amount of bass in them the only small issue is the arm rest they are not bery comfortable the reason I still gave it a 10 is because since u can screw them in yourself I just added a few personal upgrades 😁overall I love this chair

I have had this chair for a year now for PC gaming. I really loved it, until the seat cushion gave and the metal was pressing through. The seat leather eventually split revealing the wood frame. I did not give up on the chair and used a roll of leather repair to cover the cracked and torn seat. I also purchased a black seat cushion that covers the entire seat portion (where your bottom sits, not covering the backrest). It is back to being a good gaming chair. I hope they improve the seat construction on future models. As much as I love the look and features, I would not recommend this chair as seat failure begins within six months of use.

The material on the chair ripped within a month, had issues connecting to Bluetooth and volume control wouldn’t work
