Compared to muscleblaze, healthkart whey protein, I can recommend Himalayas with less negative effects and with good taste. But while taking artificial food items, it's better to compensate with natural foods like veg n fruits, sprouts, etc., for overall goodness of the body. What a nice product? Good, first time in India making lovable product. Nice n it's a very helpful to grow our body n stemina wise very very good . Like it but at least daily exercise regularly n use it.

Not benefited at allWastage of money

It's really good for digestion, many people don't understand that if you want gain weight to have to do exercise. Eating won't help you out and just just drinking weight gain shake won't gain weight too. You have to have proper diet and do exercise along with mass gainer which boost your metabolism. I have used lot of protein and mass gainer products, still for this price it's worth it.
