Fantastic sights for my AR15!
These are very high quality, and well worth this price. I have used Springfield Armory aluminum BUIS, Magpul MBUS polymer sights, and other brands, and these are very comparable in stature and quality to the high-end name brands. The release button is smaller than the MBUS, but the paddle release on the MBUS gets depressed by accident and the sight flips up all the time. The Springfield BUIS on my Saint AR15 are manually operated, and difficult to engage, especially with gloves. The spring-loaded action and side placement of the release on the Dagger Defense sights makes operation very easy. Rail mounting is quick and easy to install and adjust. I have these installed on a 16" Anderson Arms AR15, and I couldn't ask for a better setup. Customer service from Dagger Defense is also top notch.

Best Gun Sight For The Money!
I've purchased a lot of sights over the years. This includes everything from expensive Magpul sights both polymer and steel, to even less expensive Ozark Armament sights. I can tell you that these DAGGER DEFENSE sights are the best bang for the buck. They are robust and NOT cheaply made. As soon as you hold them in your hand you realize that someone put a lot of good quality and control into the production. They hold zero very well. I often do a simple drop test with any new brand that I buy and these passed with flying colors. Dagger Defense will now be my new go-to backup sights from now on. I do recommend that you oil the moving parts. It is not necessary but I do that with any sights that I buy to include Magpul. it always increases the smoothness of operation. Just an old soldier's advice. In addition, I will be buying these again for my upcoming builds for sure. In fact I will likely just go ahead and order several sets now. This is honestly the first time I have ever been enthusiastic about leaving a product review.

Would be 5 stars except for broken seal and crooked peep sight
Update: having used the sights quite a bit now, I'm upping the 3 star to four. The slight tilt to the rear peep-sight is unnoticeable during use, the sights are solid, and function very smoothly after some oil and break-in. The seller contacted me about the issues I listed below and said they will work with their manufacturer on them--I was satisfied with the product and did not push for a refund or replacement. So now that use has had time to wear away my initial disappointment, I think I got a great product for the money and consider my initial complaints as minor defects that have zero bearing on the quality of the product. If I ever get the rifle I've been drooling over, I'm ordering another set of these for it too.Original review:I'll see if it gets better... I got the package and the seal was broken on the box. The rear peep portion of the sight doesn't appear bent or damaged, but sits at a noticeable angle in the place where windage adjustments are made. Since its a circle, I don't expect this to impact function, but it looks kinda bad. The sights themselves are heavy and feel very sturdy. The pushbutton to stand them up is currently very stiff, but I don't see that as a problem. They may break in, or at least I won't worry about deploying them on accident.Overall, I went with the cheap sight. Most times I feel like I got a great deal, this time I feel more like I got what I paid for. I shouldn't really complain much about that.

Very nice
Very sturdy, no slop in the mechanism, the release button is stiff, adding a drop of oil solves that problem. They look and feel high quality. All moving parts operate smoothly.

Excellent sights for the price!
Excellent sights for the price! These lock up and down very solidly. Spring tension is great. They hold zero after being set. They also co-witness my optic. That's really all they need to do. I realize that there are compromises to be made when trying to bring a product to market at a certain price point. As long as people keep that fact in mind there should be no serious complaints. The only thing that I would have done differently would have been to thread the windage knob and adjust all the play out before pinning it. Perhaps I would have used an allen screw instead of a roll pin. I also would have made the pivot pin holes a bit tighter. However this would have made these sights a lot more expensive. For back up sights these are done right. I will be making these mods to my personal set of sights, though. Again; Excellent sights for the price! I will definitely purchase more and modify them as needed for gifts to family and friends.

Take a couple minutes to make sure everything is tight and adjusted properly
I bought these sights as something to initially have on the rails of a brand new rifle, eventually to be transitioned to backup sights. They're made really well and tighten to the rails with the supplied hex wrench, and don't move at all after they're fully tightened down.At first, the front sight would only lock into the lowered position about 90% of the time, but the seller followed up the sale with a courtesy email with general info including how to tighten/loosen the push button to adjust the tension of the flip-up spring (by twisting the push-button). After adjusting the tension, the sight locks into the raised and lowered position without any issues what-so-ever, it locks 100% of the time now.The adjustment knobs twist easily and keep the sights in place while shooting. It didn't take long to zero them, and after 100 rounds at the range, the sights still held zero. These are great for the price you pay, and I have already recommended them to a few friends already.
