I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product.
