Wonderful selection of recipes
A great book on sour dough recipes for kids and adults. Recipes easy to read and many have pictures added that make the recipe very tempting.

The book i love
Love simply everything about the book. My kids and I are enjoying its simple recipes. We already tried to bake many things from the book. Amazing, easy language and great pictures. I am very highly recommend for all people who bakes to buy it!

Not just for kids!!! Easier to understand for adults THEN adult books 😂.
My kids LOVE to bake just about anything, and sometimes I feel like they just naturally ‘one up’ me. Must have gotten their cooking abilities from daddy 😆. But I digress.I always enjoyed sourdough bread, and have never made any, but have wanted to. This takes the complexity out of the process, and it breaks it down into easy to understand, good ‘ol, easily worded English, which I fully appreciate, and finally understand.It’s definitely fun for reading and baking along with your children, too, but even adults without any kids can cut the confusion down by a country mile with this book. This author is gold, and so far, so good, as far as my baking abilities using this ‘perfect for me’ book.I do not feel bad that I need a little bit more help and understanding when it comes to certain baking ventures. I would HIGHLY recommend this book for kids AND adults of all ages, whom are interested in creating some delicious sourdough goodies! You’ll enjoy it!It’s a tad pricey for a paperback book. I believe $22 at the time of my review, call me frugal, but it is a well made, beautifully illustrated, easy to make heads or tails of book. I feel it is worth it, if this peaks any true interest in you- I say, ‘GO FOR IT!’4.25 stars for exceeding my expectations!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+I hope that my review has been helpful to you :) !** I wonder if this author has other books for me, ha ha- but I’m seriously not kidding! Great information
This is an excellent instruction book for all bakers interested in perfecting and expanding their knowledge of the science behind sourdough. It’s easy to understand, directions are clear and the results are superior. I love how the author uses the discard to produce tasty treats. Plus it is a fun way to introduce your children and grandchildren to the joys of baking.

Best starting recipes if your new to sourdough
Love all these recipes. Ice probably tried half of them already. Instructions make it easy to follow since I’m new to bread making.

Easy and delicious
Great book to bake with kids or without. Interesting recipes such as popovers and biscuits using SD discard. My kids love to pick out treats and make them.

This book is very easy to follow. My Grand daughters, daughter, and myself love this book. We are all rookies, and the instructions, and pictures make it a user friendly book for all ages. THANK YOU.

El libro es muy bonito, colorido con muchas fotos, te enseña desde preparar la masa madre, conceptos, técnicas, recetas muy muy completo, me gustó mucho que trae línea de tiempo es decir, te va marcando la hora desde que empiezas a hacer el pan en el día 1 hasta que lo terminas en el día 2 así es que puedes gestionar muy bien tus tiempos

Best book for sourdough beginners!
Amazing book - I read it cover to cover when it arrived at my door yesterday! Natalya explains all the sourdough processes so simply yet thoroughly, and provides a wide variety of recipes for every palate. Great for kids and adults alike. I’ve made quite a few recipes from her website and they’re all home runs. I’ve been looking forward to this book for months, and between the layout, the recipes, the explanations, the fun facts, and everything else, it’s more than exceeded my expectations. Such a great book
We’ve tried many times to make a sourdough starter without success and thanks to this book we have managed to make one and keep it going for 2 months. Great hints and tips and we have made multiple loaves of sourdough bread with great success. Highly recommend this book

Tutto è dettagliato passo dopo passo. Molto utile per i principianti e per coloro che cuociono da molto tempo il pane a lievitazione naturale. Il libro mi è piaciuto così tanto che ne ho dato delle copie anche ai miei amici.

I love it😍 I am an experienced sourdough baker but purchased 2 of Natasha’s books for my 2 granddaughters. This book will organize your baking sessions. It is educational and more fun to work with kids. I recommend this book to all families they do have passion of baking.
