Q: How wide is moveable shower bar that holds shower head!? Our shower has cold and hot water knobs and there is only 5 inches between them.

The bar base that attaches to wall is 3”, the bar itself is 1 ¼” and 25” tall, and is 2 ¼” away from wall. The adjustable piece that holds the head is 7 ¼” long.

Q: The shower head holder keeps sliding down the bar under its own weight. Will not hold its position. Is the tension adjustable?

The hose itself is 60", but if you add the shower wand, it's 69" or so.
