Does anyone else have trouble with this swaying back and forth (head and foot direction) or is there an issue with mine? Flexes are at white bracket.

Because of the design of this bassinet, it's bound to have a bit of wiggle. The frame structure is all in the back. I've found this to be a benefit, since even though it's not a rocking bassinet, I can sway it back and forth a little bit which has soothed my little guy back to sleep many times.

Is there a incline that can purchase with this bassinet ?

there are wedges although manufacturers don't recommend adding anything that doesn't come with bassinet.
