Natural Loofas are hard to find not bleached and of high quality. These loofahs came in an air-sealed plastic and compressed, making them easier to store and smaller to ship. They must be rehydrated to use, meaning they need to be soaked in some water. I recommend lightly squeezing and kneading them when they're wet to help get the seeds out. Our home uses these for dishes in the kitchen, they don't scratch our glass mason jars or our stoneware and metal pots, pans, and plates. We also use them to clean rough spots all around our house like manufactured sponges. The small edges of the loofahs are soft and gentle while the wider ends are more abrasive, the inside being the most rough. If you want to clean your body with these I recommend using the softer ends, and cutting them into smaller parts to use them longer. They don't mold at all in our experience using them and they are neat looking if you want to lay them around for a "natural" or "beachy" atmosphere in your home. They do not have exact dimensions because they are plants but are generally within the same few inches of size. They are supposed to be this way. Remember that wet means soft and dry means rough with these. Very functional and useful. We will order again and again when we need them or until they stop providing. Wonderful purchase.

After reading the reviews, I bought the package of four Yemtal loofahs. In the photo, the Yemtal loofah is pictured on the right after soaking in warm water. It comes in at 18 inches long and has a pleasantly rough texture for body exfoliation, even if you have sensitive skin. This is a great loofah for getting at those tough-to-reach spots on the back. It's huge and makes exfoliation go very quickly because it covers so much area. I love it. On the left side of the photo is the softer Metluck loofah, also first soaked in warm water. I read the reviews noting that this Metluck loofah was too soft for some, but a soft loofah was exactly what I wanted for my face, which I gently exfoliate in the shower to remove all traces of facial products before proceeding to cleaning my face with a very soft electric bristle brush. This is a wonderful soft loofah. The Metluck comes with four short pieces of rope that you can affix to the loofah to allow it to hang. Both loofahs were just what I was looking for. Very happy with these purchases.

As an environmentalist, I switched from plastic sponges to natural loofahs a while ago and these are by far the best I’ve found. They come in a pack of 4, and I cut each one into 3 pieces, so I get 12 eco-friendly sponges that don’t trap bacteria. They last a long time, don’t scratch my dishes or pots, and just need hot water to soften and expand. Simple, effective, and sustainable. I’m obsessed!

Way wayyyy too soft even softener than my old one. From the way it feels I can barely get 1 good scrub I’ve never purchased a flat loofah before and I’ve been using them all my life. These are are no good and I can’t get the scrub I’m used to. Now I’m expected to pay to return this used working loofah. I should’ve checked the reviews instead of thinking a loofah is a loofah what could possibly go wrong🤔

What I do with mine is a cut them length wise and half, and then fold the loofa in half again and use it for washing. I was taught this by a Middle Eastern person many years ago! These are good for occasional exfoliating. A person may not want to use it on a daily basis because he can be a little aggressive on skin but a person has also be mindful of how much pressure they’re using.

Exactly what I was hoping they'd be. These came full, with string that could be added if that's what you wanted to do. Super good price for what you get, and it got to me much faster than it said it would. All around just a great experience.
