Disguise Disney Minnie Mouse Glow in the Dark Girls' Costume, Pink/White, Medium 7-8

I bought this for my 7 year old for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. It fits true to size for her age. The polka dots glow very well! I am disappointed that the back of the dress is just a plain pink. For the price the polka dots should continue around the entire dress. My daughter loves it.

Product shipped quickly. Disappointing it did not come with a headband. Description states comes with dress and headband. Will be returning for another with an actual headband.

My three year old is obsessed with Minnie Mouse. She requested to be Minnie for Halloween and my search for a good costume ensued. After reading many many reviews I chose this one for the glow in the dark dots. The dots do indeed glow. Even the dots on the bow glow. I chose this dress because it is a little longer than the others and my daughter is tall for her age. Since she is between 3t and 4t in size I bought the XS. It fits very well even over a t shirt and pants. The only complaint I have is that the elastic in the arm is a little tight. I simply cut a few of the strings holding the elastic to lose it up so that she will be comfortable wearing it for hours at a time. Where we live we never know what the weather will be like so we have to be prepared to trick or treat in 40 -70 degree weather. I can easily put some tights and a leotard under this in case it is cold or she can wear it alone if it is warm. This costume is thicker than other costumes I have seen in box stores so I would give it a thumbs up for quality (relative to other costumes).As other reviewers have stated the back is not as cute as the front, however it doesn’t look bad. The white lace doesn’t continue to the back, but there is a shiny pink underskirt that shows from the back. Overall I am quite pleased with this costume. I would buy it again in a bigger size if my daughter ever wanted to be Minnie again.

Sure...its flimsy...but hey...its a kids Halloween costume...what are you really expecting (esp for the price)We bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old - it fits perfectly. She LOVED it. It REALLY does glow in the dark too. She wore it to 4 Halloween events and it lasted nicely. I even had to wash it after she peed in it and its fine. (I hand washed it in the bathtub & hung it to dry)After the final Halloween event there is a small tear in the side - but we're now done with it and she can use it to play in all she wants. The ears were NOT awesome but we had some home made ones that were way better. The dress tho is super cute and fits its purpose.

It's a bit stiff and itchy. The front is cute, the back is pretty plain and basic. I ordered the 7-8 size for my 5 y/o because she's in XS/6/6X sizes and I didn't want it to be too restricting and it's pretty big on her so I may alter it some. However, overall it's cute, she loves it, and it glows in the dark/is black light reactivate. I'd still recommend it, probably just put something on under so it doesn't get itchy.
