This is one of the forms of activated B12 that should be supplemented by anyone with MTHFR mutations that interfere with the methylation of the B vitamins into the activated forms.This is a reasonably priced product that fits the need by those of us with MTHFR mutations. Methyl B12 should also be taken.

So I tried Source Naturals dibencozide for the 1st time and I really liked the effects of this type B12. It dissolves well and tastes good. I feel energy after 30 minutes of taking it. I prefer organic or natural supplents cuz I don't want chemical synthetics from who knows where in my body if I can avoid it. Its a bit pricey tho worth it.

This form of B-12 contains methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin - these are the 2 co factors or most bioavailable forms of B-12.. Way too expensive for what you get.
