Excellent insulation for cold items
I had to take scraped coconut and roasted meet.it was a 29hrs journey. I was skeptical about the product but to my surprise when I reached my destination after 29 hrs of train journey and an extra 2 hrs to my flat…it was still hard like rock. Days bak i had kept both the cooked meat and scraped coconut in freezer and froze. On the day of the journey i kept it in vaquish care hot and cold bag and walla!!! Go for it guys.good quality …pls note:i haven't tried for hot items
