nice looking fan
pull chain for light is stuck ,can't pull it to turn on light and remote can't turn on light because chain is stuck. Only used chain 3 times in almost a year.

I don’t recommend
I bought this fan bc it’s so pretty, and just the colors I was looking for. After paying so much for getting it installed, the fan barely moves. The highest setting feels like it’s on the lowest. Amazon offered me $30 credit to pay someone $150 to uninstall the fan. Then I have to find a box big enough, to return it. Save urself the hassle. Now I have a pretty fan that is useless

**UPDATE** Defective workmanship/design
The media could not be loaded. Howdy! I own a network of homes for business and have installed countless fans over the years. I have never once had a fan where the blades didn’t secure firmly to the blade assembly.Either the screws are too long, the blades too thin, or… oh, who cares?! It’s a defective design.**UPDATE** - while we experienced product manufacturing issues, the seller reached out to us directly and resolved our issues to satisfaction.The star rating has been updated from 1 star to 4 stars for providing exceptional customer service.

RECOMMENDED
The media could not be loaded. I like that the fan has a unique look. It is the primary light source in a vaulted ceiling living room. With three 60w bulbs, it is very bright. Virtually zero fan noise. Good breeze. Just a little wobble. Installed by my husband and friend. Hubby said easy assembly, fairly easy install, no missing parts. Our fan went in a 15 ft vault. Hubby said for ceiling over 9 ft, would definitely need 2 people. Would buy again.
