There doesn’t seem to be any way to secure this. Unless you have hair, which people who have lost their hair to chemo don’t. It just keeps sliding back and off the back of my head. I don’t recommend this. It doesn’t stay on. Save your money. I want to return it.

Im pleased with this item but I do have glasses and after wearing it all day my ears started to hurt. It did stay in place but after an 8 hr day my ears were a bit sore. Im in the early stages of stage 3 colon cancer and haven't fully lost my hair but its is thinning. Was nice to have something to wear when I didn't feel like trying to do my hair. I got a lot of complements on it. Very easy to put on and the styling of to tie it in a bow or leave it long is nice .

These head wraps are so nice. This is my 3rd time doing chemo and the 2nd time I've lost my hair. This wrap is silky soft and the scarf is so pretty. I love how cool it feels on my scalp and how it quickly warms up when I'm feeling cold. It's so easy to tie up in a pretty bow or leave it long. I bought several colors. If you love pretty head wraps you should try one! I recommend!

I love FocusCare head wraps, but this style is my favorite, got 4 and will be ordering more. Super comfy, easy to wear, easy to wrap in different ways, light weight, and doesn't slip up. I have a petite head circumference and this fits well, but has enough space for larger heads.

Very pretty scarf. It's extremely comfortable. Doesn't make my head sweat which is a huge plus.
