Best Nose Breather on the market!!
I have been a mouth breather all my life. I'm 68. I don't sleep well and have a dry mouth all night. I have tried so many different guards, but they didn't work. I am so very thankful that I found Nose Breathe Trainer. It's so comfortable. I sleep great and no dry mouth. I know it is much healthier for me. You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend!!

This nasal breathing trainer is remarkable!
This Nose Breathe Trainer has changed the way I sleep and breathe! I have been using one for at least 2 years now. It also prevents me from grinding my teeth at night. Unlike other mouth guards and devices, this one is made of soft silicon and can be trimmed for a more comfortable use as well. I have been a mouth breather all my life and now I breath through my nose during the day as well as at night. I sleep so much more soundly thanks to this wonderful nasal trainer. Even as I am writing this review, I am aware of how my tongue automatically is sitting now in the right place - the roof of my mouth - without me making an effort to do so! Nose breathing is so much healthier! For me it also has the added benefit of preventing me from grinding my teeth and this was an issue that had caused one of my back molars to fracture and be removed. My whole mouth, which is quite narrow is now so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this product. It lasts for ever and for the cost - what a deal! Thank you Dr Sue for inventing this!

Revolutionized my sleep and breathing habits!
I've struggled with mouth breathing for years, especially at night, which led to dry mouth, snoring, and restless sleep. One day, my mother-in-law and I were talking about our snoring, and she told me she had researched and tried the Nose Breathe Trainer. Said she was sleeping better, and the sleep monitor on her phone confirmed it had cut her snoring significantly. After the conversation, I did more reading about the benefits of nasal breathing—like how it filters and humidifies air, produces nitric oxide for better oxygen delivery, and activates the nervous system for reduced stress—I decided to try the Nose Breathe Trainer myself. It's super simple and comfortable: just place it in your mouth, and it gently suctions your tongue to the roof, encouraging nasal breathing without any pain or hassle. From the first night, I noticed deeper, more restorative sleep with less snoring (my wife won't let me go to bed without it!). Over a week, I felt more energized during the day, with less fatigue and even better focus—probably from the improved oxygenation and brain health benefits. This little device is a game-changer! No more waking up with a sore throat or feeling congested. It's discreet, easy to clean, and has held up well after three months of use. I ordered a second one to make sure I had a backup for my travel kit. If you're into simple, natural solutions and want to tap into those nasal breathing perks, this trainer is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Excellent device, once modified
This device was unusable until I modified it. The whole goal for me is to learn to sleep with my mouth closed, and this device has little 'wings' that hold your mouth open almost 1/4 inch! So I cut the wings off (which was risky because it meant I could not have returned it if it still didn't work.) But with the wings off, it is great! It's very comfortable, and completely effective in keeping me from mouth breathing. And the little stick in front makes it very easy to adjust and to take out if you want to talk to someone for a moment. My other concern is the info sheet that comes with the device. Not reassuring at all. No basic instructions, and NO INFO ABOUT MATERIALS. The listing on Amazon says it's medical grade silicon, but the paper with the device does not confirm that, which makes me nervous about using it. It feels like silicon, so for now I will hope that it is. But there should be some kind of materials information included with the product! Bottom line, if you're willing to cut into a brand new $35 device to modify it, and if you're willing to trust the listing about the silicon, this is a great device for stopping mouth breathing. If not, don't buy it.

NOSE BREATHE IS A HEALTHY DECISION.
THERE ARE HEALTHY REASONS FOR NOSE BREATHING OTHER THAN STOPPING YOU FROM SNORING. IT ALSO STOPS DRY MOUTH, TOUNGE, AND THROAT. DRY MOUTH CAUSES DENTAL CAVITIES AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE NATURAL FILTRATION OF OXYGEN AND MOSTURE WHEN BREATHING THROUGH THE NOSE. NOSE BREATHING ALSO BENEFITS THE HEALTHY RHYTHM OF YOUR HEART. SINCE IMPLEMENTING "NOSE BREATHE", THERE IS NO MORE SNORING, DRY MOUTH. I SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT UNINTERRUPTED. WHEN I WAKE UP I AM MORE ALERT AND READY TO START MY DAY. ALSO I WAS BEING TREATED FOR HEART P.V.C.'S PREMATURE VENTRICULAR CONTRACTIONS, MEANING THAT THE HEART BEATS BEFORE THE LOWER CHAMBER OF THE HEART REFILLS WITH THE PROPER AMOUNT OF BLOOD. THIS TO HAS SUBSIDED SIGNIFICANTLY SINCE THE NIGHTLY USE OF "NOSE BREATHE". I AM ABLE TO MONITOR THE REDUCTION OF THE P.V.C.'S BY USE OF A BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR THAT ALERTS YOU TO IRREGULAR HEART BEATS AND THE USE OF KARDIA MOBILE WHICH DOES THE SAME MONITORING AT A MORE PRECISE EKG MODE. "NOSE BREATHE" IS A VERY GOOD WAY TO BE "PROACTIVE" TOWARDS GOOD HEALTH INSTEAD OF REACTIVE. I RATE IT 5⭐️ STARS PLUS.

This Appliance WORKS!
I bought at least 5 other mouthpieces of various shapes and sizes and returned each of them after trying them for at least a week each. All were so uncomfortable that even if they had worked, I'm not sure I could suffer through using the torturous contraptions. Maybe one or two helped a little, very little, but not enough to warrant keeping them. I kept looking and reading. When I first saw the Nose Breathe trainer, I knew it would be comfortable, and the information was actually true, and was made in the USA. I went to his website and read all about Dr. Sue. And I ordered the item. I was actually excited, hoping for an end to dry mouth and all the problems that eventually arise from a dry mouth, and snoring, and lack of oxygen. I had been using a sleep app on my iphone and knew how much I snored, (2-3 hours each night) and knew how much the other mouthpieces had not worked. I have used the Nose Breathe Trainer every night since it arrived. It is comfortable, hardly aware it's in your mouth. I've not had dry mouth since the first night. My snoring time lessened with each week, and in the last few weeks it's been 2-5 minutes nightly. One night no snoring was registered on the app. It's a different feeling when you wake up after a good night's sleep. Sorry this is so long. You won't be sorry buying this, and you won't be sending it back. I just ordered my second one. I like being a nasal breather!

Great deal and is effective
I have found that since I’ve started using this, I wake up less during the night. I usually sleep with my Invisalign mouthguard, and I can use both this thing and the top mouth guard at the same time. I can tell that it is helping with the snoring. It won’t readjust your palate or your jaw or anything, but it is way better than mouth tape and for the price, I would say it’s a pretty good deal.

Unleash the power
This item needs to be better marketed because it actually has four benefits and it is heavily undersold. 1. The suction created with your tongue to the roof your mouth will actually strengthen your tongue and stretch the fascia under your tongue over time thereby improving your tongue mobility and tongue position. The cost of myofunctional therapy to accomplish this can be anywhere from $900 to $4,000. This thing can accomplish it for 30 bucks. More so malfunctional therapy requires it here and for 4 to 12 months depending on the program. Despite it being effective, most research shows that only about 5 to 10% of people actually complete a full malfunctional program. So in reality it's not an effective intervention. This on the other hand is passive so after you get used to it for a couple weeks, wearing it for 12 months is easy. 2. Instead of using mouth tape which basically cost 5 to 30 bucks a month and this is a much cheaper option since you'll need mouth tape forever basically. Also this actually trains your lips to seal where his mouth tape just holds them together. One is behavioral entrainment which is passive making adherence very high, the other is not natural and forced. Not to mention that anyone with facial hair has a nightmare using mouth tape. 3. It correctly trains nose breathing. Mouth tape does not. A lot of people think that closing your lips is the only part that needs to be sealed for your nose to breathe effectively into the pharynx. That is not the case the front gate IE the lips and the back gate ie back of the oral cavity both need to be closed. This can only be accomplished if the tongue is in a high resting position suction against the roof of the mouth so that way the back of the oral cavity is blocked off by the tongue. 4. This thing will replace a mandibular advancement device. A good one will cost $2,500. A cheap one which is custom-made will cost $800. Crappy one sold online may cost like a hundred or $200. The downside to all of them is that they possibly pull your job forward stressing your TMJ. This means you don't actually learn to hold your jaw in a forward position which if your tongue were in the correct position with the suction to the roof of your mouth it would automatically pull the jaw forward. This device does accomplish that. All for $30. Not to mention that the mandibular advancement devices are usually made of some type of plastic which grinds down over time. This means two things you're going to have to outlay another couple hundred or thousands of dollars in about 5 years maybe. Also as that plastic wears down you're going to be swallowing it all night long. Ever used silicone cooking instruments? It's a much better material as it can withstand extremely high heat and force for years with minimal disfiguration. Same thing applies as a mouth appliance. Also because it is not positioned between the teeth does not get grinded down over time. That means the device has a much longer lifetime and is much safer to use in your body. The biggest competitors for this device are they uplocker vacuum activator for 65 bucks, and the OPA designed by innovative oral solutions for $165. The former has an advantage of a visual cue to know when the seal is correctly made. The latter does a better job specially in the beginning when using it, at reminding you to keep your tongue to your roof of your mouth. By the way, if you used to send an individual under the age of 12, the correct tongue position will straighten out the teeth and you'll save money on dentistry and orthodontics.
