Does it work for ring pull crown caps?

Just use regular bottles such as Summit, Alaskan, New Belgium, etc...Stay away from pull caps and screw off bottles.

Can this capper be used to press in wine bottle corks as well?

There's a different press for corking called a corker of all things. You can find a single level bench press corker or a dual lever hand corker. Can this cap a european 330ml and 500ml bottles? For example paulaner german bottles which has a different spout from american beer bottles?

I am not familiar with these bottles. What I can tell you is that the Colt Capper permits a bottle up to 16" high to be capped. The caps I use are 26.5 mm and I cap both 12 oz and 22 oz (bomber) bottles. I like this capper much better than a similar model from Ferrari because of it's machined versus formed cap setter. It seals the caps very well.
