It is very rich and, if you do overdo it, expect greasy (but not sticky) hands for quite some time as your skin struggles to absorb it all.I suffer from very dry hands, particularly with the extra hand washing that is currently a necessity and this was very soothing on the skin and took away the discomfort, that can verge on pain, of very dry skin. Other hand creams have a short term impact but this one hangs around for quite a while and, as only a dab is needed to replenish the effect, a tube will last a long time.This is one of the best Burt’s Bees hand creams I have used and is the only one of their products that hasn’t caused a sticky hands feeling, so I will definitely be getting more when the time comes. A good option to use last thing at night when your skin can take the time to absorb this treat fully.Update: this is now a regular purchase and has become an essential item to have in a bag. This cream actually made a visible difference after just 2 applications, which is nothing short of miraculous when your dealing with such sensitive skin. I can't sing their praises enough!
