I am very impressed with this product. Our 3 month old Rottweiler puppy started losing her baby fur and we were brushing out 3 brush fulls of fur per day. This product was rated #2, but I have always loved Burt’s Bees. I bathed her 2 days ago with this shampoo and the bath tub was full of fur so much that it clogged the drain. I brushed her today and there was hardly any fur in the brush! Amazing! Another review said that it didn’t lather. I thought it lathered fine. It doesn’t have a scent, which I am fine with. My baby smells clean and that’s all that matters. I would rather her smell clean than like a perfume counter. She hasn’t scratched at all since her bath and she was very itchy from shedding. Another bonus.

I feel like this worked. The only thing is I feel like it’s a little too watery but would repurchase

Short fur breed pup it worked fine it helped with his sheading but his coat felt a little dried out while he was wet but was super soft after he was completely dry, as for my longer fur breed it just dried his coat out it didn't help with sheading and I actually had to put a conditioner on him to help with the driness even after he was completely dry. Personally I won't be purchasing this dog shampoo again but if you just have short hair breeds it will work fine just don't be shocked if their coat feels dried out and rough while still wet.

Works great on my dogs. Used it three times now in the span of two months and have noticed a huge difference with the amount of dog hair around the house and in the shower. I used to clear the drain multiple times during a wash but now it’s just about once or twice. No scent which is great. Only complaint is that it doesn’t lather up as much as some other doggy shampoos so I end up using more to cover the whole body. But I’m still giving it a 5 star BC it works when it says “shed control”.

I did research on various dog shampoos to find something that would work for me and my dog, I have a lot of allergies and didn’t want to wash him in something that could possibly give me a reaction while washing him or even afterwards and this shampoo was perfect! Some of the other comments say that it is not sudsy which is certainly true, but still gets the job done! My dog smells great afterwards! I got about 5 washed from 1 bottle on my boarder collie and will be reordering!

This shampoo came in a bag when shipped, which is great, but it still managed to open (there was no seal on the bottle like most liquid products have - I'm now thinking that may be because they're watering down the product) and spill all over the bag. The product itself is as thin as water, barely lathers, and smells of nothing. It's golden in color and lathers a bit, so obviously there's SOMETHING in there besides water, but it's so watered down that it took half the bottle to get even a decent lather on my dog. I'm also now left with a freshly washed dog that doesn't smell clean, but instead just smells like I left her outside while it rained. I'm super disappointed and won't be buying this again. Normally I don't have problems with branded items when the seller is actually "Amazon services LLC" but in this case it seems they're not as reliable as I originally thought. Pretty irritated about this whole experience tbh.

Smell and shine of my dog's was very nice after bath. Didn't notice a huge effect on their skin. Left my dog's very soft. Though I didn't notice a huge difference in shedding.

I use their products all the time , great company & product because of the natural ingredients. Leaves no residue, only softness , nice smell . The bottle size for the price is worth it!

Will buy this again! Burt's Bees never disappoints. This dog shampoo has very little scent. Hardly noticable which is great. Her coat was so soft and shiny afterward. I think the amount of shedding is also reduced but it'll take a few more baths to be sure.

We really liked the idea of purchasing a dog shampoo that is free from irritants and toxins for our dog. She enjoyed being bathed with this gentle cleaning and no fragranced shampoo. It left her coat shiny, soft, and healthy looking. We liked that it is controlling her shedding and it's enriched with omega 3's and vitamin E. Hurray for Burt's Bees for making a really great shampoo respecting the needs of our animals and enviroment! Would defintely recommend.
