Tascam RC-1F Foot Switch (RC1F)

This is a reliable, solid, quality built pedal. In this world where quality is often lacking, this exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that the cable is only 6 feet long. But it can be easily lengthed with a 1/4” jack coupler and a 1/4” jack cable.

Sturdy and compact! Been using it live for about 3 months and feel it will last doe years! Looking for a quality pedal? This is it!

Works with my Tascam PORTASTUDIO 414 4-track cassette tape recorder, based on instructions in the original manual for use with the RC-30P Remote Footswitch.This RC-1F appears to function identically to the RC-30P it replaces referenced in the 414 manual.I have MKI of the 414, but I imagine it works for MKII as well as other Tascam Cassette Portastudios. Rejoice!

Feels sturdy and has a switch for NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open) operation.There is no "click" when the switch engages, if that matters to you.

Great size, well designed and sturdy enough to stay where you want it too. I’m most impressed with it’s versatility. Works great with my drum machine to. Way smaller than anything that I’ve used and way better.
