Good book, nice tips
Definitely an interesting book for anybody who want to grow old as healthy as possible or simply does NOT want to grow old!

En tant qu'experte en méthodes de rajeunissement naturelles, je confirme que ce livre est une belle source d'informations. C'est clair, bien détaillé, parfois peut-être trop pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas fait des études universitaires en santé. Mais vous pouvez facilement passer au paragraphe suivant si l'info vous semble trop poussée. C'est cependant ce que j'ai apprécié! De plus, il résume très bien les dernières recherches scientifiques qui viennent confirmer ses dires. Ceci nous motive à passer à l'action. Il y a plusieurs encadrés résumés. Je recommande vivement ce livre à tout ceux qui veulent voir leur corps rajeunir!

Must read: Holistic view of healthy living
Many are specialists in a field. Bowden seems to have started in fitness and got to diet at some point. He keeps a humble position by combining his own wisdom with the knowledge of specialists in their field.The only somewhat negative aspect is the book's title and the layout: Do not be turned off by the photos. The book is full of pictures of retired people enjoying life whereas this book really addresses everyone at every age. Bowden himself writes that it is not about how long we live but that we live a healthy, happy life for as long as possible.
