Been taking this for 6 months now. The first week gave me terrible back/kidney pain. Read up about taking milk thistle to help flush out your system to rid the bad estrogen being removed by DIM and that fixed it right away. The biggest change I have noticed is a huge decrease in hormonal acne. Maybe get one cyst a month or less now.Before taking this I would get terrible back pain the day or two before my period. That is completely gone to where I have no clue my period is even about to start. Haven’t had any weight changes or change in energy. Overall this has been a life saver for hormonal acne and symptoms leading up to my period. Would definitely recommend starting with half a capsule for a few days before taking whole one.

Took product for about 3mn, I did not have any nausea with the product but what I noticed was I had a mild headache. My urine was an orange color or pinkish brown. I thought at first it was another supplement. I do stay very well hydrated and have optimal kidney function so this really bothers me. When I stopped taking this supplement, my urine went right back to being clear. I have noticed my mood is terrible when taking this. It did not improve my energy at all infact it seemed to make me have low energy. I have been off of it for about 5 days and I already feel more like myself. I am not sure if this is brand related or the actual DIM supplement related but either way for now I am not taking it.
