QUALITY!
I had purchased less expensive brands but these seem fresher than those. Soft and pliable as opposed to totally dried out. Highly recommend. It’s a pro’s and con’s thing, price versus quality.

Lazy chicken or Mole's perfect pasilla
I purchased them to make Mole and lazy chicken pictured in my review. They arrived packaged very well and they were so very fresh, perfectly dried and still moist. They made a beautiful mole too, I will definitely be purchasing peppers again, since we have not been in a store since March. If you cook with dried pasiila peppers this is the perfect supplier.

Fresh but with an extra 🙃
It's a good quantity for the price. The product is fresh but with a good amount of small dead and dried insects. However, I just cleaned one by one with a damp tissue and store them in the fridge. The flavor is perfect, those little insects didn't change anything.
