I was looking for gatorade powder, found this instead. I found it to be a better electrolyte than whats available in market. I use it after running, during gym or simply to drink water when you want to.Pro:1. it's basically the same thing as gatorade/powerade but in a tablet form.2. Dissolves completely (effervescent) in a glass of water.3. The flavor (berry) is good to taste.4. The bottle carries on it good nutritional description.5. The drink becomes like a soda with bubbles in it.6. Bottle is easy to carry around7. Electrolytes prove to do their work.Against:1. Sometimes 1 tablet doesn't give the right taste, so you end up popping 2 or more.2. The bottle's seal was flimsy and i removed it without need of a knife. It could've been better for the price.In nutshell, it is a good drink but costs more than electral powder which provides the same thing. But it's advantages outweigh the cons. Good, hydrated drink for break day long fast. It is recommended by doctor those who are diabetic person because of low sugar. Better get advice of your doctor.

Im using it for last 4months during my workout. I really works to keep your energy levels during workout. But downside is they added little amounts of sugar for better taste.

It took me two days to regain my energy back after a month long tiredness. Too hood. I was recommended to take this by my fitness coach before my workouts everyday.
