This makes a great campsite overhead light. All you have to do is tie paracord in between two trees attach the white cap on the flashlight and it will illuminate your campsite all night long. When we wake up the next day, the light is still running. I am highly impressed with the battery life of this flashlight!

Great product, and super good dealer to work with. We highly recommend this flash light. We had a question and they were on it right now. If I had any thing negative to say....which I don't ........but I would suggest that the manufacturer consider having spare bulbs available......as for most of these high beam lights......there are no bulb replacements. We live on ten acres and were able to clearly see the entire back of the house from the back of our property with this flashlight. Highly recommend both the product and the vendor.

This light is a clone of the Tank 007 TK737. It's a fairly large and heavily built single 18650 zoom flashlight, that can also be run on 3xAAA. The emitter appears to be a CREE XPG2. Unable to tell if the emitter was real or fake. the light has 5 modes (high-med-low-strobe-sos), and the head twists to zoom.Compared to competing lights on the market this one is large and heavy. That could be good if you think you might drop it a lot and want something durable. Or it could be bad if you're concerned bout size and weight. This one is a bit too big and heavy for pocket everyday carry in my opinion.This particular offering from Samlite is quite nice. It is half the price of other TK737 clones available on Amazon, and comes with quite a few accessories including a rechargeable 18650 cell, charger, two colored signaling caps, and a belt case.The biggest downside of the light apart from size it is an old design. There's nothing cutting edge about this offering.

All I can say is WOW! Bright, well constructed and with the amenities... this is an excellent value at twice the price. The ONLY reason it looses a star is I tried two other brands of protected 18650's in it, and it only works with the one provided. That, and one of my pet peeves... the "spot" is a square in the shape of the LED... but it's a very bright square. The tailcap switch is easy to use and the levels are seamless. The diffusers fit snugly over the end of the light and provide good usable light in a small area or room.This is going in my EMS kit due to the different levels, the diffusers, and the ease of changing levels. There are better lights out there... but for the money... this is totally worth every penny. UPDATE..... The EXCEPTIONAL customer service is soooo over the top, I give it 5 stars.

This light was used daily for 3 1/2 weeks. I work in law enforcement. My standards are a bit higher than normal use. I could and often do use my flashlight 30x times a day.This light does a lot right the few flaws are overlooked at the price point. I have flashlights 5-6x the price of this one, but the samlite shins for me. It doesn't claim to be the brightest, and it's not. The flashlight is plenty for my use. Zoomabilty is a great feature. It would be nice to have a tighter spot. The only complaints I have are modes switching and the switch. I think these are more of a combined problem. The mode switching is a bit hard because memory doesn't work 100% like you would think. I go to stobe someone and I SOS them. The worst is when I go for low and I start to stobe the a area I wanted lightly illuminated. The second problem is the tail switch. The switch is to sensitive and to deep/long to have a complete press. Instead it's often a half press causing the modes to cycle..This is a great flashlight, epically for the price. I would recommend it to almost anyone. It's not perfect but Goodluck finding the perfect flashlight. I've had other officers ask about this flashlight and I gladly recommended it to them.Overall I'd give it a 4.5/5 but Amazon only does full stars. Doesn't deserve 4. So I'll round up for review purposes.

The original 1 I bought in 2016 is just now starting to malfunction a little but I've put through hell I use it every night mounted on my bike riding year round, rain, snow, being dropped countless times . Ive bought 4 now and have been extremely pleased. They are well made, very bright, have zoomable lenses. And can un on rechargeable batteries as well as regular.

Absolutely the best flashlight I have ever owned! Multiple power sources (Li, AA, short Li) multiple modes of operation, a holster, diffusers. It's small and light and so far seems to be indestructible. I love it!

Good quality. I was hopeing for a even more tightly focused beam but many will like it this way. About 2ft hot spot at about 20 ft. It does throw a long way. I made a sleave to make the 18650 battery fit the case better, used 3 layers of heat shrink careful not to shrink to tight. Like the screw out focusing, nicer and more solid than the pull out type. Head of light is perfectly tight . Read the simple instructions for operation. I use a very light amount of silicon lube on the o rings. A real review for sure.
