All I can say is that my "bad" cholesterol numbers have gone down to a healthy level since taking this product. My doctor told me that they're finding that high cholesterol has less to do with diet and more to do with genetics and somehow this product is able to help and I'm grateful for that!

The pill is too large to swallow. I cut in half and take 1/2 morning, and evening.I doubt if it dissolves in the intestines.Buy capsules only.

I take this as well as 750mg of Niacin every day. My Lipid Profile has gone from bad to almost optimal within about 6 months, still a little work to do. I have started exercising in addition so that also has helped. Not really sure how to check if this is working except a blood test which I haven’t done, most people seem to be taking it for cholesterol reduction. I’m just taking it for energy and metabolism. Seems to be doing fine paired with my other B vitamins!

My cholesterol dropped but my triglycerides doubled. Not sure why, but yup.
