Great Tasting Ancient Wheat Flour - Lower Carb, High Fiber
I love this einkorn wholewheat, it’s naturally much lower in carbs and higher in fiber than white or even regular wholewheat flour and it has this wonderful nutty, bread-y flavor that somehow makes it taste more like wheat than any other wheat flour I’ve eaten. It cooks up beautifully and forms a nicer browning than regular wheat than regular wheat. It’s completely replaced regular wheat flour in my carb-conscious baking and I think actually it improves the taste of recipes I used it in. It really is a superior wheat flour for all of my purposes and it’s worth every penny for the quality and health benefits. Try making pancakes with it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great flavor!! Not bloated after eating it...yay!
This is my first time trying einkorn, and I bought it because I have gluten sensitivity and autoimmune disease. I already made biscuits, bread and pancakes with it. Compared to modern wheat, it tastes is way better, and since the gluten it’s kind of weak you just have to knead very little or almost nothing. I have noticed that after I eat it einkorn, I don’t have pain/cramps and bloating like as I have with modern wheat. I’m not giving it 5 stars because I would like it to be less expensive, although I will definitely buy more again. UPDATE 08/10/19. Everything is fine with the product. I just have a complaint, this time one of the 3 bags came out broken and some flour spilled out. I think you need to improve your packaging system.

Delicious yeast bread
I have a bread machine and use this as my whole wheat flour for my weekly loaf of bread. I found that I do not have to adjust the liquid in the recipe at all. The results are excellent -- great texture and flavor.

The best flour ever, just expensive
These made the best-tasting and healthiest breads or rolls. I mix this whole-grain flour half-half with defined einkorn. This is for flavor. I usually make huge amounts of patty-like rolls that I then slice open and then freeze these slices in big batches. They now be used as round slices of bread or as bottom for some burger-like topping. Whatever I do, these disappear almost faster than I can make them. Our favorite is taking one toasted slice , smudge of it a layer of avocado, the top it with lox. I have also used the dough to make smaller sized rolls, by putting them into a muffin pan. And I have used them, siced open, in the same combination--avocado and lox--as party bring-along.
