Must read series
It's s must read if you are looking for a more insight and further understanding of the holy book.

Excess charge than printed price. Why?
The printed prices are less which indicated a sum of Rs. 2000 + courier charge, however you have charged Rs. 2929 + 200. Which is not as per rule. Please think about this, and return excess charged money.
