This wood puzzle of the state of South Carolina is the perfect toy for your budding geographer. Not only is it a fun and challenging rainy day activity, it is educational as well. The South Carolina puzzle is nearly 8 1/2“ wide and 7 ½” tall. The natural wood faces of the puzzle are finished with polyurethane to add longevity. The puzzle is created from ¼” hardwood plywood. Aside from the grain pattern of the wood and a Berkshire Bowls logo on the back, this puzzle doesn’t have identifying marks (making the construction more difficult). Unlike many of our puzzles, this South Carolina puzzle is designed for a table top like a traditional puzzle, not standing. Due to the difficulty of the puzzle it is not suggested for younger children. This South Carolina puzzle (like most of our state puzzles) is more suited for late grade school to adult (of course depending on the level of your child – or adult ). The South Carolina puzzle is typically made into 23-27 parts. Please note that our puzzles are created by hand. Each puzzle is therefore completely unique and one of a kind.
